Ready to take the next step in your driving career? We’re currently recruiting experienced LGV Drivers for PM shift work, based in Hemel Hempstead with one of the UK’s leading major retail brands. The Role

• Shift: Afternoon / PM

• Start Times: Typically between 11:00am – 5:00pm (may vary slightly depending on delivery schedules) you

• Shift Length: 8–10 hours per day

• Work Type:

  • Store-to-store deliveries

  • Occasional trunk runs between distribution centres

Pay & Benefits

• £19.27 per hour – Basic Rate

• £28.91 per hour – Overtime (after 45 hours)

What We’re Looking For

• Valid LGV Licence with minimum 1 year’s driving experience

• no more than 6 penalty points

• Age 21+ (insurance requirement)

• Full UK Driving Licence, Digital Tacho Card & CPC

• Ability to complete and pass a driving assessment

• A reliable, safety-focused driver with a professional attitude

Availability Requirements

The operation runs 7 days a week, so drivers must be flexible to work any 5 days out of 7.

Weekend work will be required, so if you’re not willing to work weekends this role may not be suitable. However, you won’t be working every weekend, and you’ll typically have at least one weekend day off in most weeks.
